Bring your pet's vaccination records, any vet information, and their favourite treat. For boarding, pack their regular food (to avoid tummy upsets), a familiar toy or blanket, and feeding instructions.
Yes — for safety of all pets we require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Cats need current Rabies and FVRCP. Records must be from a licensed vet.
We're open Monday–Friday 7am–7pm, Saturday 8am–6pm, and Sunday 9am–5pm. Drop-off is anytime during open hours. For boarding, late pickup after 7pm has a $15 fee — please let us know in advance!
Most grooms take 2–4 hours depending on breed, coat condition, and the service booked. We'll give you an estimated time when you drop off. We'll text you when your pet is ready to go home!
Absolutely. We specialise in gentle, fear-free grooming for anxious pets. Marcus and our team use slow, calm techniques. We can also schedule early morning appointments when the salon is quieter. No muzzle unless truly necessary.
