Fixes When Something Breaks
Broken link, form not sending, layout off on phones — we fix it. Fixing our own build never counts toward your 20 changes.

What does website maintenance cost in Edmonton?
The OnePoint Website Care Plan is $100 a month. It covers hosting, SSL, backups, security and uptime monitoring, fixes, and up to 20 content changes a month. No contract — cancel any month.

What counts as one change?
One change is one update to one thing: adding a product, swapping a product photo, updating a price, changing your hours, or replacing a seasonal banner. A flower shop adding 5 new arrangements and updating 3 prices would use 8 of its 20 changes. Fixing something we built never counts.

How do I send changes?
Just email or text us with what needs to change and any photos. No portal or tickets to learn. Most changes are live within two business days.

What if I need more than 20 changes in a month?
No problem. We tell you the cost of the extra changes before we start, so there are never surprise charges. If you are regularly going over, we can talk about setting you up to edit products yourself.

Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and the SSL certificate are included in the $100 a month. Your domain name stays registered in your name.

Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Yes. We review the site first and quote a one-time onboarding fee so we can learn how it is put together. After that it is the same $100 a month.
