Built on real work for Medicine Place Hearing Care

The short version

Hearing care gets researched twice: once by the person with hearing loss and once by the son or daughter helping them. Both want to know where to get a hearing test, what hearing aids cost and what will be covered. SEO for hearing clinics is being the clear, trustworthy answer to all three.

We are an Edmonton based agency working with hearing clinics across Canada. We build the hearing test, hearing aid and funding pages, set up the Google profile for each location and make the site easy to use for older visitors. Funding pages are written for the programs your clinic actually bills.

What people search

What patients and families search

Hearing searches are practical. People want a test, a price range and an answer about coverage. These are the kinds of searches we build pages for:

  • free hearing test near me
  • hearing aids cost
  • hearing aids covered by my plan
  • hearing aid repair near me
  • tinnitus help
  • earwax removal near me
  • audiologist near me
  • rechargeable hearing aids

The gaps

Where hearing clinic sites lose people

Most of the clinics we look at are strong in the chair and quiet online.

  • No clear first step

The first appointment is usually the hearing test, but many sites hide it behind a general contact form with no time or price shown.

  • Funding questions go unanswered

Coverage depends on the province and on who is paying. One vague line about funding sends families to a clinic that explains it.

  • Copied brand pages

Hearing aid pages pasted from the manufacturer read the same as hundreds of other sites, so Google has no reason to rank yours.

  • Hard to read

Small text, low contrast and long forms lose older visitors, and the adult child doing the research wants clear next steps.

What we build

What we build for hearing clinics

A site that makes the hearing test easy to book and the money questions easy to answer.

Hearing test page

What happens at the test, how long it takes, whether it is free at your clinic, and a booking button or tap to call.

Hearing aid pages

Pages by style and by the brands you fit, written in your words, so they are not a copy of the manufacturer's text.

Funding pages

One page for each program your clinic deals with, from provincial programs to Veterans Affairs Canada and NIHB, in plain language.

Service pages

Tinnitus, earwax removal, repairs, batteries and hearing protection, for the services you actually offer.

A page for each location

Every clinic location gets its own page with hours, parking and directions, matched to its own Google profile.

Easy to use

Large text, strong contrast, tap to call on every page and short forms. Good for patients, and good for search too.

The details

Google profiles and reviews for hearing care

Each location needs its own Google Business Profile with the right category, like Audiologist or Hearing aid store, the services you offer, real photos and steady posts. We keep the name, address and phone identical everywhere they appear online, because mismatched details split your listing's strength.

Review rules for hearing care depend on your province and your licence. In Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, audiology colleges do not allow registrants to ask for reviews, so there we focus on a complete, accurate profile and careful replies to the reviews patients leave on their own. Where asking is allowed, a printed card at the front desk with a QR code to your review link works well with older patients.

Funding is different in every province

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program pays part of the cost of hearing aids for eligible residents. Alberta's AADL program covers hearing aids for eligible Albertans. Veterans Affairs Canada covers eligible veterans, and NIHB covers eligible First Nations and Inuit clients. Workplace hearing loss can go through the provincial workers' compensation board.

Families search for these programs by name. We write a page for each one your clinic deals with, explain who qualifies in plain words and keep the pages current when rules change.

Real work

Real work: Medicine Place Hearing Care

Medicine Place Hearing Care website

A hearing clinic in north Edmonton that also has a clinic in Calgary. It was close to invisible online when we started. We rebuilt its website, run on-site SEO on it and manage the clinics' Google profiles and listings.

  • A rebuilt website, live since October 2026: a page for every service, location pages for Edmonton and Calgary, area pages around Edmonton, a three step contact form and a blog on hearing aid costs and funding.
  • Ongoing on-site SEO on the new site, including MedicalClinic structured data for each clinic.
  • Google Business Profiles rebuilt from an empty listing: categories, services, photos, posts and questions.
  • Local listings and backlinks built from zero, with the same name, address and phone everywhere.

We share what we built and what we do each month. We don't publish clients' private traffic numbers, and we never invent results.

For any business, on a site we build or the one you already have. New pages, Google Business Profile posts, tracking and a plain monthly report. No contract.

Already have a site?

We work on it directly, plus your Google profile, listings, reviews and links. If head office controls the site, we focus on those. Start with a free SEO audit. If the site has serious technical problems we will say so up front and may suggest a rebuild, but it is not required.

Most single location clinics fit the Grow tier. Clinics with several locations usually need a Bespoke build so each location gets its own pages. See all services and prices.

Services that often go with it: small business website design, website maintenance at $100 a month, the CRM portal for leads and bookings, and social media management.

We are Edmonton based and work with businesses across Canada by video call and email. Based in Edmonton? See our Edmonton hearing clinic marketing page.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does SEO for hearing clinics include?

A hearing test page with booking, hearing aid pages by style and brand, funding pages for the programs you bill, a page for each location, structured data, and a Google Business Profile for each location with posts and a review plan that follows your college's rules.

How much does SEO for a hearing clinic cost?

Websites with SEO built in start at $499, most single location clinics fit our Grow tier at $1,499, and clinics with several locations usually need Bespoke. Ongoing SEO starts at $500 a month, whether we built your site or not, with no contract.

Can you write funding pages for our province?

Yes. We write a page for each program your clinic actually deals with, such as a provincial program, Veterans Affairs Canada, NIHB or workers' compensation, and keep them up to date.

We have more than one location. How does that work?

Each location gets its own page on your site and its own Google Business Profile, with matching name, address, phone and hours, so each one can show up in its own area.

Do you work with hearing clinics outside Alberta?

Yes. We are based in Edmonton and work with clinics across Canada remotely, at the same published prices.

How long until we see results?

Most clinics see measurable movement in 3 to 6 months, starting with searches close to each location. We will never promise a ranking, because nobody controls Google's results.
